A bigger home, built in two halves.
Duo is our two-module range. Each home is built in two halves in our Motueka workshop, then delivered and joined together on your site. That gives you a wider footprint and a more traditional home layout, with a proper kitchen and living area, two or three bedrooms and one or two bathrooms, while each module is still a size that can be transported.
Layouts can be adjusted, and you can choose colours, materials and optional upgrades to make it your own.

Families and couples who want a permanent home on a lifestyle block or a section, holiday retreats that need to sleep a group (the Duo 96 sleeps up to six), and anyone who needs more room than a single-module cabin can offer.

Duo comes in three sizes: 65 m², 85 m² and 96 m². The Duo 65 and Duo 85 are two-bedroom homes with one bathroom, and the Duo 96 steps up to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Layouts can be adjusted, and you can choose colours, materials and optional upgrades. Delivery, foundations and service connections are extra. We can help with all of it, from consents to site works, so you know the full cost before you commit.
