Guests want privacy, comfort and somewhere that feels like a getaway. Our cabins start at a compact 18m² studio and you can add a kitchenette or a bathroom, up to a 70m² two bedroom cabin. Most projects take around 12 to 14 weeks from deposit to delivery.

A new building needs a building consent from your council, and we help with the council paperwork. Rules for short-term rentals depend on your council and your area, so check them, and talk to your insurer, before you plan on rental income.
