Meet the Coastal 36 – a spacious 36m² one-bedroom cabin designed for relaxed, year-round living. At 10m × 3.6m, there’s room for a generous kitchen, comfortable living area, separate bedroom and full bathroom, making it ideal as a bach, Airbnb, guest accommodation or compact home.

With its classic gable roof, light coastal finishes and warm timber feature entrance, the Coastal 36 has the feel of a modern Kiwi bach without sacrificing the comfort and performance of a proper home. Quality insulation, thermally broken joinery and double glazing keep it comfortable through summer, winter and everything in between.

Inside, the vaulted ceiling creates a light, open feel, while large sliding doors connect the living area with the deck and surrounding landscape. A full kitchen gives you plenty of room for long breakfasts and easy dinners, while the separate bedroom and complete bathroom make longer stays simple.

Add a hardwood deck, heat pump or complete off-grid setup and you’ve got an easy-care retreat ready for the coast, countryside or wherever you spend your summers.
