Orchard work is seasonal, and so is the demand for staff accommodation. Our client wanted a building that would comfortably house workers through the harvest, then keep earning once the picking was done.
The answer was a cabin designed from the start to serve two purposes. During the season it provides a practical home for the team. In the off-season it becomes a short-term rental, with the orchard, the countryside and the local produce as the draw for guests.

A crane lifts the finished cabin onto its piles.
Building the cabin away from the orchard means the heavy lifting is done before it reaches your site. Once complete, the cabin travelled to the orchard by road and was lifted into position by crane.
That is a smooth, efficient way to place a finished building, and it keeps disruption to the working orchard to a minimum.
7. Compliance and Certification Taken Care Of
We took care of all compliance requirements, including building permits and health and safety regulations. This comprehensive approach means the accommodation meets local standards and provides a safe place to live for everyone who stays.
